ABOUT page of ‘Gastronomical Theories’.

On December 2010 it has been started in the name of Gastronomical Theories by Debashis Das, (a Chef by passion, Professional Hospitality Trainer). Above lines was the first introduction about the initiative. By the passing of time, with the addition of other subjects and topics, in the September 2012, it is being remodeled and remolded in the name of Hospitality Management Study Resources as a WordPress Site. There its gained popularity among active community, with over 1lakh hit.  Now on October 2018 its relaunched with its very own identity at www.hmsr.org.in . Hope you will find this site useful as before. Its your love, which has given it a new dimension.
